If you have looked into Collaborative Law by browsing this website or another source, you may understand that, generally, Collaborative Law is used to facilitate the dissolution of marriage. What is sometimes less clear is that it can also be used to resolve all other family law disputes.
I am Cincinnati, Ohio, lawyer Maury White and I have practiced Collaborative Law since 2000. I do not practice Collaborative Law "when possible;" I believe so strongly in the advantages of Collaborative Law that I use it almost exclusively when helping couples and families resolve differences (the exception is mediation, which is sometimes advantageous in particular situations or when couples have non-Collaborative attorneys). Acting as a non-binding neutral evaluator I can investigate your case and provide both spouses with an unbiased evaluation, which includes a recommendation regarding how to proceed.
